1. Who we are
Scurry is an app made by Azjyn. Contact: scurry.hq@gmail.com.
2. Who can use Scurry
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age for digital consent where you live. You’re responsible for keeping your login safe.
3. Dares are optional. Use good judgment.
- Every dare is a suggestion. You choose whether and how to do it, and you can always ask for an easier one or skip it.
- Never do anything unsafe, illegal, or that makes someone else uncomfortable. Respect other people’s space and privacy, and don’t film or photograph people without their permission.
- Movement dares assume you’re able to exercise safely. If you have a health condition, check with a doctor first and stop if something hurts.
- Scurry is a motivation tool. It isn’t medical, mental health, financial or career advice.
4. Friends and messages
When you dare a friend you can add a short note. Be kind. Don’t use Scurry to bully, harass or spam anyone. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
5. Coins, XP, streaks and badges
Coins, XP, streak freezes and badges are in-app rewards. They have no cash value, can’t be sold or transferred, and we may adjust them, for example to fix a bug or stop cheating.
6. Scurry Pro
- Scurry Pro is an optional subscription sold through Google Play. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- If a free trial is offered, you’ll be charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
- Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy.
7. Ads
The free version may offer a short optional ad in exchange for a bonus spin.
8. Your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that cheat, abuse other users or break these terms.
9. Our content
Scurry, Sparky, the dares, artwork and app design belong to Azjyn. You may share your own share cards freely.
10. No guarantees
We work hard to keep Scurry running smoothly, but it’s provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses, lost streaks caused by outages, or anything that happens while you do a dare.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is important, we’ll tell you in the app. Continuing to use Scurry means you accept the updated terms.
